DESCRIPTION:Join us for the\n2025 Chapter Mini-Camp\nTheme: Oh\, the Places You’ll Go!\nWe are happy and excited to kick off our 2025 Oh\, the Places You’ll Go! Mini Camp to our CISV DC families & friends. We are returning to Camp Letts YMCA in Edgewater\, Md. As an organization dedicated to inclusivity\, CISV Washington DC welcomes youth with all experiences and backgrounds from all over the DC\, Maryland & Virginia area. Also\, anyone applying for 2026 summer programs are encouraged to attend. \nCheck in is on Friday\, December 5\, from 6:00 to 7:00 pm. Camp ends on Sunday morning\, December 7\, at 11:00 am. \nEarly Bird Discount Registration: Now until November 30\, 2025. \n\nDelegates (Ages 10-18): $180.00\nParent/Guardian Chaperones: $100.00\nNew & Returning Leaders: $55.00\n\nLate Registration: December 1\, 2025. \n\nDelegates (Ages 10-18): $200.00\nParent/Guardian Chaperone: $120.00\nNew & Returning Leaders: $75.00\n\nThe fee covers 2 nights of lodging\, 4 meals (Saturday breakfast through Sunday breakfast)\, and a camp t-shirt!! \nSchedule:\nCheck-in is on Friday\, December 5\, from 6:00 to 7:00 pm. (Please let us know if you will be arriving late.)\nNOTE: No dinner is served on Friday night.\nPick-up is on Sunday at 10:00 am. PLEASE BE PROMPT. \nWhat to bring:\n– Cold weather clothing (warm jacket\, boots if needed)\n– PJ’s\n– Comfy clothes\n– Running shoes for games/activities\n– Shower shoes\n– Reusable water bottle\n– Toiletries/medicines\n– Towel\n– Bedding: blanket\, sleeping bag\, pillow\n– A snack to share \n– Required forms – see below\nDietary needs?  We will do our best to accommodate special diet requests (please indicate on registration form). \nDo not bring laptops or expensive clothes/gadgets. Note that cell phone and tablet use will not be permitted by participants during the activities. \nHow to Register:\n1. Each participant must be a member of any CISV chapter.  Register here to become a member of Washington DC.\n2. Each participant must also complete the Youth Legal Form – Domestic. This form requires the signature of both the participant and a parent. Please email the completed form and health insurance card to washingtondc@cisvusa.org by December 1.  A reminder email will be sent prior to camp requesting these items.\n3. Each participant must register and pay for Chapter Mini Camp. \nNote: Please note that parents/guardians who are planning to attend must register separately from their child(ren). At this time there is no option to register them together.
