The deadline to submit applications is Jan 1, 2025. Applicants must submit the full application; application including essay, proof of age, chapter endorsement and 2 separate references. Repeat applicants should still submit a new application. Applications will not be accepted until they are complete and parents are not permitted to submit applications as this is an independent program.
